'DINAVOLINO' WHITE WINE DENAVOLO DESCRIPTION

Dinavolino Bianco is a charming wine that conquers with its rusticity and expressive directness. An orange wine in its own right is the one produced by Giulio Armani in his winery founded in 2005, after the purchase of some vineyards located on Mount Dinavolo, hence the choice of the name. Giulio, an educated and enlightening oenologist, became a point of reference for the Colli Piacentini area even before the founding of his reality, having given birth with his consultancy to the Stoppa wines, which are ascribed to the forerunners of what is now a much more nourished movement. A few essential gestures both in the vineyard and in the cellar. According to Julius, man must be only a watchful custodian and accompany the grape in its transformation into wine without overpowering it in any way.

The Bianco Dinavolino from the Denavolo winery is a blend of white grapes from vineyards between 350 and 500 meters above sea level. The vineyard is not treated with chemicals other than a little copper and sulfur. In the cellar, they continue with an absolutely non-interventionist winemaking, which involves spontaneous fermentations without any yeast inoculation. A true watershed between white and red wines, Dinavolino is obtained by a maceration on the skins of about 6 months. Contact with the grape skins, in addition to giving the liquid an intriguing color with dark tones, imparts complexity, structure and a slight tannic sensations.

Dinavolino Bianco wine charms as soon as it is poured thanks to its intense color tending toward orange. The nose, a summary of noble authenticity, is a veritable compendium of bucolic nature and ranges from hay to chamomile, beeswax to orange. With its impactful sip, continually punctuated by tight tannins, it is an engaging marriage of pulp and freshness. A transcendental experience, to be tried at least once in a lifetime, and even more...
