The Dogliani Superiore "Bricco Botti" by Pecchenino is one of the best Dolcetto currently on the market; very fine, crisp, clean and with a great character and personality. The cellar Pecchenino is a landmark in the Langhe, a cellar that has retained its connotation family passing on his farms from generation to generation. Today we find the brothers Attilio and Orlando to lead this wonderful reality of Dogliani that produces, as always, wines of extraordinary elegance and longevity with character and personality of its own. As this Dogliani Superiore "Bricco Botti" that comes from vineyards located more than 400 meters above sea level; vineyards maintained turfed to obtain a better softness of the ground and avoid erosion, with a manual harvesting and an addition of sulfur to a minimum. After a maceration on the skins for 25 days, the wine aged for 24 months in oak barrels of 25 hl. The result is a soft and elegant Dolcetto, where the notes of plum, cherry and blackberry combine with hints of leather.
