The Champagne Dom Perignon is probably best known bubbles around the world, entitled to the Benedictine monaco intimately linked to the origins of Champagne itself. It was marketed in 1936 by Robert-Jean de Vogue with the idea of giving birth to a luxury Champagne and, to do it, enclosed in the bottle the historic Moet 1921 Family Reserve. The first "real" vintage of Dom Perignon will arrive in 1947. Today this historic Champagne is produced from the only grapes Grand Cru of property and, because it can bear the label, must ensure aging potential of at least 30 years. Since the approach olfactory Dom Perignon is intense, with the minerality typical of the house in the foreground accompanied by smoky nuances. Slowly it reveals also the notes of the Chardonnay, buttery pleasantly: in short, is defined from the beginning as a great Champagne, capable of enhancing the typical label. The taste is always very balanced between the fineness of the bubble, the roundness of the body and richness of flavor, always noble and never over the top. A Champagne historically high level, which never cease to amaze despite the passage of the harvest.
