The Etna Bianco 'Scalunera' from Torre Mora takes its name from the natural staircase on which the vineyard is located, where Carricante grapes are grown at a great altitude on the slopes of Etna. This is a white wine with structure but also very fresh, an immediate expression of character produced in steel. On the nose, notes of white fruit and Mediterranean scrub are immediately evident.
