Fiorano Bianco is a white wine from Lazio with a real and very elegant profile. It shimmers in a thick golden yellow glass and gives off intense aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with flavors of vanilla and honey. The taste envelops the palate with great elegance, maintaining a fine balance between softness and freshness
When the name 'Fiorano' is pronounced among wine enthusiasts, it refers to a product shrouded in an aura of legend and mystery, whose identity is based entirely on terroir. Indeed, it is a white wine of excellent depth, with a consistent structure and intense aromas, well suited to the volcanic terroir of the Roman Alban Hills, where the winery is located. A label with layered and articulated aromas, with which Tenuta di Fiorano reaches truly interesting qualitative heights.
Fiorano white wine is made from white grapes with a frank and honest face. The varieties, carefully harvested to guarantee only and exclusively the best of the terroir of origin, come from vineyards rooted in a subsoil composed of pozzolan and eruption dust, cultivated using methods and practices that hark back to ancient traditions. Once they reach the winemaking facilities, they are fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak casks with a capacity of 10 hectolitres, where they remain until bottling.
The Fiorano Bianco glows with a golden light, which in the glass takes on brilliant and consistent contours. The olfactory bouquet that develops is complex, flowing from citrus to notes of aromatic herbs and hints of wood ageing. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with an energetic structure that moves on warm and enveloping notes, ending with a decidedly persistent finish. A label of great depth, one of those that, as the legendary Luigi Veronelli used to say, "enter the memory and make forever better". Impossible to resist.
