The Franciacorta Brut by Fratus, produced on the Riccafana estate, is an organic sparkling wine born in the hills between Brescia and Bergamo, mainly based on Chardonnay. Maturation for two years leads to the development of hints of fresh fruit and pleasant hints of yeast, as well as a floral bouquet and slight citrus notes.
