Freccianera's Franciacorta Brut is one of the representative vintage sparkling wines of the historic Franciacorta winery, produced with long ageing on the lees in the bottle for at least 50 months. It has an elegant and delicate aromatic profile, with notes of aromatic herbs, citrus fruits and hints of pastry on the finish. The palate is taut, fresh, dynamic and mineral, with pronounced tanginess on the finish
Franciacorta Brut by Freccianera is one of the most representative vintage sparkling wines in the range. A Metodo Classico made with a long ageing on the lees of at least 50 months, it expresses an elegant and complex bouquet with fruity, citrus and bread crust aromas. The sip, long and persistent, retains a lively mineral freshness, a typical expression of the Franciacorta terroir. A prestigious label, particularly suitable for even important gastronomic pairings, with seafood menus or white meats.
Brut Freccianera is produced from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The grapes come exclusively from the winery's own vineyards cultivated in the heart of the morainic hills of the Franciacorta region. The cool, breezy climate and the draining soils, rich in pebbles, have proved perfect for cultivating vines destined for Metodo Classico. After harvesting, the grapes are vinified separately with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The 'vins clairs' rest a few months in steel before the creation of the cuvée and the second fermentation in the bottle, lasting at least 50 months before dégorgement.
The Freccianera Franciacorta Brut is an intense and complex Metodo Classico, which has the particularity of being produced with Pinot Blanc in high quantities, at least one third of the mass. A choice that contributes structure and finesse to the wine's bouquet. In the glass it has a straw-yellow colour with brilliant golden reflections. On the nose it expresses notes of white flowers, ripe fruit, pain brioches and toasted nuances. On the palate, it expresses good structure, deep and nuanced aromas that extend towards a persistent finish of great freshness.
