Franciacorta Nature is the fabulous new enter of Ca' de Pazzi winery, represented on the label by a nice zebra. Realized from Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes, it rests on the lees in bottle for 48 months and it opens on the nose to intense and complex aromas of butter, cream, bread crust and white flowers. The sip is extremely fresh and smooth, dry and elegant, ready to go with your toasts!
Ca' de Pazzi's Franciacorta Nature is a Metodo Classico Blanc de Blancs of great finesse and elegance. It is produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grapes and rests on the lees for a good 48 months, so that the wine can find the right harmony and evolutionary balance, without having to resort to any dosage. It is the Franciacorta of purity, essential in its linear verticality of expression. The classic floral and fruity notes of the two noble white grape varieties are enriched by evolving hints of bread crust, pastries and dried fruit, which give the sip a pleasing complexity and depth.
The Nature Ca' de Pazzi is an unusual Franciacorta. It is a Pas Dosé that renounces the contribution of the structure and decisive freshness of Pinot Noir, to rely completely on the expressiveness of the two white grapes. A choice that fits in well with the image of this young Franciacorta company with its unconventional profile. If the images on the labels are imaginative and colourful, the wines of Ca' de Pazzi, on the other hand, are made with absolute oenological precision, in the best tradition of the Metodo Classico. The winery aims to interpret the young taste from a graphic and communicative point of view, without, however, neglecting the best prerogatives of Franciacorta sparkling wines.
Franciacorta Nature Ca' de Pazzi is a dosage zero of great finesse, offering an intriguing and multifaceted face, all played on the delicacy of the aromas and the refinement of the evolutionary nuances. The Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes are vinified separately, with fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After a resting for a few months, the cuvée is created by blending the different base wines. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, according to the principles of the Metodo Classico and with an ageing period sur lattes of at least 48 months. In the glass it has a straw yellow colour crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The olfactory profile offers floral notes, citrus, white fruit, hints of bread crust, small pastries, pain brioche and nuances of dried fruit. On the palate, it is intense, with a long, deep sip that accompanies a dry, fresh and mineral finish. It is a Franciacorta particularly suitable to be enjoyed with a seafood meal.
