Elegant and snappy at the same time, it is a Rosé that also captivates for its subtle fruity aromas.

Franciacorta Rosé Brut Freccianera is made by blending 60% Pinot Noir with 40% Chardonnay. The vines of these two international varieties, which are extremely complementary when presented in a sparkling wine version, grow within some of the most suitable plots, under the constant attention of the winery's team. Once the berries are harvested and arrive at the winemaking facilities, they alcoholically ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel; 30 percent of the Pinot Noir mass is macerated on the skins. Re-fermentation takes place in glass, following the typical Champenoise Method processes. The wine remains to age on the lees for 40 months, at the end of which it is dosed, disgorged and bottled.

Freccianera Rosé manifests itself with a clear and bright rosé color, enlivened by a fine perlage, endowed with a nice persistence. The olfactory profile is a progression of intense and enveloping fruity notes, which also references to the world of yeasts and bread crust. In the mouth it is well structured, harmonious, with a cheerful and lively sip, marked by a pleasant sapidity and a drinkable freshness. The winery present a really well-made bottle, ideal for indulging in a very satisfying sip throughout the meal.
