The Grappa “Punto G” is made by master Vittorio “Gianni” Capovilla in collaboration with Velier and it is the first grappa in the world to have been made from marc of grapes owned by Triple A manufacturers. This designation explain the high quality of the exclusively Italian grapes, which are juicy, pure, clean, free from any chemical element: a true celebration of nature in all its glory, born from a great passion for grappa. The meticulous work of Capovilla, a friend and collaborator of the best wine producers, takes place in a Renaissance distillery equipped with traditional discontinuous stills in a water bath and based in Rosà, closed to Bassano del Grappa, in Veneto region. Suitable for special occasions, but also for evenings with friends, Grappa “Punto G” can be distinguished by its unique and fascinating flavor. An euphoric balance that touches intense and subtle notes, it remains through a wonderfully satisfying final. Structured, its high acidity makes pleasant the strong presence of alcohol.
