Oscar Bissinger's Grecanico is a white wine with a forthright and crisp character. Made in the Palermo area from 30-year-old vines on clay soils, it is a wine with beautiful ripe fruit and balsamic notes, adorned with accents of Mediterranean herbs. To produce it, Oscar uses only indigenous yeasts for fermentation and no other oenological artifice, resulting in a 'marine' and fresh wine to be paired with first and second courses of fish cuisine
