The Kerner by Pacherhof is the typical example of a white wine from South Tyrol; a white wine abundant, highly accomplished aromatic, pleasant to drink thanks to its extreme fineness and delicacy. The farm Pacher of family Huber is in Varna, in a fairytale land in the hills around Brixen; a history that began long ago, a passion for the tradition that makes the difference. Experiment with new discoveries and to respect the old traditions: that of Pacherhof is a story that began long ago, a story that takes us back to the Middle Ages. Here the characteristics of the vineyard are made out with the decision, are not altered; ordered rows and well maintained, fully turfed, inserted in a micro climate that alternates warm days and cool nights in terse and ventilated. The Kerner by Pacherhof has a clear stylistic imprint, in the glass shows a very pale yellow discharge; is smooth and rich, has a bouquet that is striking for its aromatic variety offering notes of sweet fruit alternating citrus, hints of herbs interspersed with wildflowers. A bouquet of impact, engaging, persuasive, but never loses sight of the subtlety and elegance that a wine so aromatic must have...
