LAMBRUSCO SPUMANTE 'BRUNO' CECI DESCRIPTION

Bruno' Ceci is a Lambrusco Spumante that was born from the desire to celebrate an important milestone, namely the winery's 80 years of production. Ceci, now an undisputed point of reference for the production of quality Lambrusco, started, to make this bottle, from the discovery of a notebook in which Bruno jotted down the different types of fermentation and vinification to create the wine he produced in the 1960s. This discovery gave rise to the desire to re-propose that Lambrusco today, with a new look but at the same time faithful to the original. To say the least smooth on the palate, it risks finishing too quickly.

Spumante Lambrusco 'Bruno' Ceci originates from grapes that are processed with special care and attention throughout the production process, from the vineyard to bottling. After the harvest, the Lambrusco grapes are immediately taken to the winemaking rooms, where they are destemmed, selecting only the best grapes. Following the pressing phase, the must ferments in autoclaves, following the production principles of the Martinotti method. The sparkling wine remains in the autoclave until bottling.

The Lambrusco Spumante 'Bruno' signed by the Ceci winery moves in the glass with a beautiful red-purple colour, enriched by a particularly bright light. Bubbles abound in the glass, and are characterised by a fine grain and good duration. On the nose there is a light fruity scent, from which emerges a particular hint of small berries and on the finish a hint of violet blossom. In the mouth it is light-bodied, slender and drinkable, with a frank sip with a dry and convivial soul. Bruno' Ceci presents the essence of traditional Lambrusco revisited on the occasion of the winery's 80th birthday.
