LAMBRUSCO SPUMANTE BRUT 'SINESTESI' ARIOLA 2021 DESCRIPTION

Ariola's Lambrusco Spumante "Sinestesi" is a wine that tells its story with immediateness, thanks to a fine perlage and gentle mousse, which immediately envelop the palate with confidence and personality. On the nose, it is the fruit, particularly strawberries and berries, that tells us about the varietal spirit of Lambrusco Maestri, a varietal whose nuances are presented by the Ariola winery with exhaustiveness and precision. The perfect bottle when aperitif time is taken seriously, of course paired with precious salumi and sliced meats.

Spumante Brut Lambrusco "Sinestesi" is made by the Ariola winery using innovative methods that, at the same time, respect the more traditional customs of wine-making in Emilia. The vineyards where the Maestri Lambrusco vines that give rise to this label grow are located at an elevation between 220 and 300 meters above sea level and have a loamy, clayey subsoil. After an initial fermentation that took place in steel tanks, the must obtained from pressing the berries re-ferments in auoclaves according to the Metodo Martinotti lungo, that is, with an refinement on the lees that is pro- duced for 12 months.

Lambrusco "Sinestesi" di Ariola develops in the glass with a very bright rosé color, crossed by a row of fine-grained bubbles. The story of the aromas on the nose tells a broad plot of notes where it is especially berries that play the role of the protagonists, followed by slight references more citrusy. On the palate it is light-bodied, with a firm, firm sip that leverages a fresh, dry and mineral soul, from which a fruity flavor also emerges. A bottle that has been confirmed over the years with interesting scores in the main Italian reference guides.
