Malbec Catena 2021

Catena Malbec is a characterful expression of the now prized Andean oenology, of which Catena Zapata represents an iconic entity. It is a blend of Malbec grapes from 3 vineyards owned by the winery, between 920 and 1430 metres above sea level. An expression of great balance between concentration and freshness, with hints of black and red fruit as well as hints of spice, recalling maturation in first, second and third passage barrels. On the palate, the attack is warm and the sip silky, the finish of marked and mountainous freshness. Ideal with Argentine Asado, the barbecue of South America
