Marsala Vergine Riserva Florio 2010

This Marsala Vergine Riserva di Florio is a fortified wine of excellence, produced from overripe Grillo grapes harvested by hand. Matured for over a decade in a single barrel in Cantina Garibaldi, Florio's estate just a few metres from the sea. It has an aromatic profile that balances sour-marine notes with hints of broom and hints of malt. On the palate it is vibrant and, with only one gram of residual sugar, the taste is clean and decisive, with a distinct savouriness
