At an altitude of 400-440 meters above sea level and with a southeast exposure, the grapes develop a unique character that is reflected in the glass. The clayey soil promotes the optimal evolution of Merlot grapes, while artisanal practices, from manual harvesting to vinification, preserve the purity of the fruit. Alcoholic fermentation occurs with repeated punch-downs to extract color, aroma, and tannins to the fullest, and subsequently, the wine briefly rests in concrete containers to stabilize. Aging in barrels for 24 months further imparts complexity and structure to the wine, transforming it into a high-quality oenological masterpiece.
