The Moscato d'Asti by Vajra is a sweet wine capable of surprising for its unique aroma, combined with a unique and compelling finesse. Elegant, charming, intriguing, soft, sweet, vibrant, articulate. It’s an unique floating notes typical of Muscat, with a seductive female really important. A taste that grows dramatically before delivering flowers and yellow fruit later. We are in the vineyard Riforno, in the municipality of Mango, a vineyard planted between 1986 and 2007, with an exposure to the South, on top of a hill. Vajra has always believed in sustainable agriculture, with a cover crop of vineyards, without irrigation and with thinning based on the natural vintage effect. Moscato is harvested in early September and is decanted cold before fermentation which lasts 7 days. Then remains in steel in order to preserve its natural effervescence. Giuseppe Vajra likes to call his Moscato as a "continuity of flavors between fruit and wine" that was born in a vineyard can "give us the wonderful aroma of this variety". Fresh and unexpected, the Moscato d'Asti by Vajra is the emblem of this great grape that has found Astigiano fantastic conditions for proliferation...
