The Nosiola "Fontanasanta" by Foradori is an authentic re-interpretation of a vine, Nosiola, too often forgotten and too exalted for its features. Elisabetta Foradori, always careful to restore luster to the indigenous grapes of his beloved Trentino, has decided to undertake a project with Nosiola, starting a few years ago the production of Fontanasanta. The production philosophy is that of Elizabeth, one that provides a maceration of amphorae for 8 months and a subsequent aging in barrels of acacia and oak.
