Chateau Simone's Palette Rouge is a French red wine of great structure and elegance. It is made from many local varieties, some of them rare and little known, added to a substantial Grenache and Mourvèdre base. Complex hints of fruit and aromatic herbs accompany the sip, which is intense, deep and meditative. On the palate, it impresses with structure and balance, and also surprises with its savoury soul.
