Pecorino 'Prope' Velenosi 2024

Velenosi's Pecorino 'Prope' is a refined white wine that originates in Controguerra, in the hills near the Adriatic Sea. This pure Pecorino is delicately treated in the cellar, in order to keep the aromatic component at its best, and spends 5 months on fine lees, a technique that gives it roundness and structure. The nose ranges from notes of white fruit to bread crust, passing through aromatic herbaceous hints. On the palate it is soft, delicately bitter and characterised by a pleasant savouriness. An agile, full-bodied wine, good with intense fish dishes
