CHOREY LES BEAUNE TOLLOT BEAUT 2022 DESCRIPTION

The red Chorey Les Beaune Tollot Beuaut is a classic French wine that tells of the great potential of Pinot Noir within Burgundy. Even the appearance, which may seem peculiar given the shape of the bottle, actually harks back to the territorial tradition, harking back to the silhouette of bottles used in the early 20th century. A label in which the use of wood enriches the bouquet offered by the varietal, without ever distorting it but, on the contrary, embellishing it with coherent notes; clean and sharp the sip, from which an excellent personality is evident, capable of enduring in the years to come. A great expression of Burgundian terroir.

Chorey Les Beane Tollot Beaut originates from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the southern part of French Burgundy, in the heart of the Côte d'Or department. The vines are raised with great care and are monitored with constant attention throughout the unfolding of the vintage. The must that is obtained from the soft pressing of the is vinified in red, and the final ageing phase takes place in barriques - some of them new - for between 16 and 18 months. The product is ready to be bottled and placed on the market at the end of this ageing.

This Chorey Les Beaune Tollot Beaut presents itself on visual examination with a typically ruby colour. Refined and elegant the nose, which moves on continuous returns of small red berry fruits, enhanced by touches that refer to the spicy, especially vanilla. The palate has an excellent body, full and firm, assertive in presenting a tasty sip that develops during drinking with an orderly progression of flavours. A great read from Burgundy, perfectly paired with roasted meats or feathered game.
