Hofstätter's Pinot Noir 'Vigna Herbsthoefl' is a refined South Tyrolean version of one of the noble grape varieties par excellence. It originates on the Mazon plateau, between 430 and 460 metres above sea level, among the highest vineyards in the area. Intense aromas of cherry, rose and blueberry are enriched by intriguing notes of underbrush and pepper.
