'Prenhite' Vespa 2023

The 'Prenhite' from the Vespa winery is a Verdeca with a small balance of Sémillon, grapes cultivated amidst clay and sand in the lands of Lizzano. A short cryomaceration allows the preservation of fresh aromas, maturation on fine lees gives structure and intensity. The nose reveals a complex aromatic profile: yellow fruit, citrus fruit flesh and zest meet spicy hints and Mediterranean scrub, with subtle balsamic notes on the finish.
