With Casa Coste Piane's Prosecco Nature "Frizzante ...naturalmente" we are faced with an exciting Prosecco because it is produced following the dictates of the ancient ancestral method, a rural method and a philosophy that leads to avoid conformation to fashions, that brings a truly unique personality and character to the glass. A re-fermentation not in an autoclave, but in the bottle on yeasts or 'sur lie', which generates bubbles that are slender but always alive, vibrant, luxuriant.
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene "Frizzante ...naturalmente" by Casa Coste Piane is the finest expression of Loris Follador's philosophy, who has been making and bottling wine since 1983 in the Santo Stefano area, on vineyards located between 250 and 400 metres above sea level, on soil rich in clay that allows the roots of the oldest vines to extract mineral salts from the depths of the soil. Loris has made manual processing and respect for nature his cornerstones, putting aside herbicides and chemical fertilisers and using only copper and sulphur to combat disease. A 'farmer' who has been able to make the most of this green amphitheatre with a beauty that can take your breath away, with rows of vines that are even more than a hundred years old, representing a cultural heritage of the highest order.
The "Frizzante ...naturalmente" Prosecco di Valdobbiadene by Casa Coste Piane presents itself with a flavourful and fragrant sip, that offers all the expressivity of ripe Glera and then offers nuances of white flowers and apple; all accompanied by that natural rusticity that makes it an ideal companion at the table. Prosecco Nature 'Frizzante ...naturalmente': the great testimonial of this fascinating style, produced by what is unanimously defined as the master of bottle-fermented Prosecco
