The Prosecco Superiore Dry "Sesto Senso" by Andreola is a sparkling wine that represents the synthesis of five different expressions of Valdobbiadene, a true blend of which this important winery is absolutely fair Venetian.
A Dry product mainly from grapes Glera, with a small addition of Bianchetta and Perera, native vines that tell the ancient history of the Prosecco, its tradition, its very soul. It comes from vineyards located at 300 meters above sea level, on rich clay with a subsoil of sandstone and has a residual sugar of 19 grams/liter. A Prosecco Dry that gives the chalice softness and intense, perfect to dampen particularly tasty dishes like a pate de foie gras, but also in combination with fruit tarts and shortbread biscuits. The "Sesto Senso" was born in the vineyards surrounding the territory of Col San Martino, in the east of Valdobbiadene on soils that give off freshness, finesse and minerality.
