PROSECCO DI VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE BRUT 'EST' SORELLE BRONCA DESCRIPTION

Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene Brut from the Sorelle Bronca winery is one of the most interesting labels from the classic Prosecco area. It is a sparkling wine made using the Martinotti or Charmat Method, which allows the rich varietal notes of the indigenous Glera grape to be highlighted and enhanced to the fullest. The low dosage especially enhances the character of freshness, savoury and mineral, enriched by the typical floral and fruity sensations. It is an elegant and intense Prosecco of great finesse, ideal for enjoying as an aperitif or with delicately flavoured appetizers.

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut comes from one of the most highly rated wineries in the Prosecco Superiore scene. Sorella Bronca has been consistently placing their bottles among the best in the denomination for many years, so much so that they have become a true must-have reference point. The great attention to the organic management of the vineyards, the very accurate vinifications and the choice to use low dosages are the basis of wines that stand out for their elegance and freshness, interpreting in the most authentic way and faithful to the traditions and character of the sparkling wines of the Classic area of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, the cradle of the best Prosecco ever.

Prosecco Valdobbiadene Brut from the Sorelle Bronca winery is made from a selection of the best grapes from vineyards cultivated between 250 and 320 meters above sea level in the Guizza, Castella, Borgo America and Farrò plots. The full midday exposure allows to harvest ripe and aromatically rich grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, and the base wines are then transferred to autoclaves for frothing and second fermentation, according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method. In the glass, it has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with faint greenish highlights. The olfactory profile opens with delicate scents of white flowers, citrus aromas, and fragrant hints of pear and green apple. The sip is harmonious and savoury, supported by great freshness.
