Prosecco Brut from Col del Sas is a simple, fresh and immediate version of this historic Marca Trevigiana wine. It is a sparkling wine that seduces with its expressive delicacy, its light sip, and its floral and fruity notes. It is the perfect label to uncork and share at aperitif time or to enjoy at the table with light seafood or vegetable appetizers. It is precisely because of these pleasant drinking characteristics that it has won the taste buds of wine lovers around the world.

Col del Sas' Spumante Prosecco Brut is an easy, carefree wine that the Spagnol family wanted to create to complement the winery's other labels. It is a bottle intended for easier and more convivial consumption, which meets the taste of a young audience. It is made from pure Glera grapes grown in vineyards in the Treviso area and is made with the usual care that distinguishes the Colbertaldo di Vidor winery's approach in the vineyard and cellar. A passion for viticulture, the preservation of environmental biodiversity in the countryside, and a sparkling process that pays attention to the smallest details are the basic ingredients of a quality Prosecco. The grapes are gently pressed, and the free-run must is started for fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The base wine rests a few months in stainless steel before being transferred to an autoclave for frothing and second fermentation according to the Martinotti Method, with a minimum ageing period of 30 days.

Treviso Brut Col del Sas is the perfect Prosecco when you are in the mood for an easy, fresh sparkling wine with a young, simple sip. It presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow colour, with brilliant greenish reflections. The perlage is of beautiful finesse and good persistence. The bouquet releases aromas of pear, apple and white fruit on a background of light floral scents. The palate is agile and snappy, with fragrant fruit and a very fresh finish.
