Gregoletto's Valdobbiadene Sui Lieviti Brut Nature is a graceful and lively undisgorged Prosecco, combining the typical immediacy of the type with the fragrant sensations due to the method of production. The long history of the Gregoletto winery begins as far back as 1600, when an ancestor signed a contract with the Abbey of Follina for the cultivation of vineyards that still belong to the family. Over the centuries, following generations have handed down empirical experience and local knowledge, perfecting techniques without ever distorting established tradition. The 18 hectares of vineyards are located among some of the most vocated areas for the production of this famous appellation.
Gregoletto Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Sui Lieviti Brut Nature is derived from pure Glera grapes grown in the prized subzone of Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
