The Riesling Grand Cru 'Le Temps au Temps' from Du Vin Aux Liens is a fine Alsatian white wine. It is vinified from grapes sourced from fine Alsace crus, which ferment and mature in wood that has already been used for several seasons. The nose expresses the typical Riesling character with fresh notes of citrus and green apple, with hints of evolution such as honey and typical mineral hints of flint. On the palate, it impresses with its texture, decidedly structured, intense but balanced freshness and a very distinct savouriness. Excellent with 'coquillage' or intense cheeses
