The Chiaretto "Rosa dei Frati" is a medium-intensity and structured rosé capable of surprising for its authority and sharpness. On the nose it is fresh and delicate with a range of hawthorn blossom, green apple and wild cherry, while on the palate it stimulates with its freshness and sapidity
The Rosa dei Frati is the graceful rosé created by the Ca' dei Frati winery. Here, the Del Cero family has been dedicated to quality wine production since 1939: they like to call themselves "wine craftsmen" because they put care and attention into every bottle. Rosa dei Frati is a top-quality Garda claret that fully embodies the traditional graceful, fresh and gentle wine drunk carefree on the southern shores of the Benaco.
Its typicality is rooted in the production and style technique, developed over time on the Garda Riviera and the Valtènesi hills, which requires that the skins of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera remain in contact with the must for only a specific period of time: also known as 'the wine of a night', it owes its unmistakable delicate pink colour and floral bouquet, made unique by the intriguing fragrances of small fruits and wild strawberries, to the skilful human ability to capture the fleeting moment.
Rosa dei Frati on the nose enriches the sensory experience with notes of hawthorn, green apple, wild cherry and white almond. In the mouth it proves capable of surprising for its authority: it remains fresh and delicate thanks to the pleasant acidity that designates its carefree ease of drinking, but at the same time incisive and capable of being elected, in its own right, as a versatile table protagonist.
