Nevio Scala's Rosato 'Desueto' is an elegant and vibrant organic rosé. Described as the winery's 'oldest' wine, it is in fact made from four ancient red grape varieties, recovered from the volcanic soils at the foot of the Euganean Hills. Delicate aromas of red fruit, citrus and light floral notes emerge on the nose, with hints of iodine on the finish. The sip is fresh, savoury and juicy, with a harmonious finish. Ideal with pizza, risotto or spicy dishes, but also surprises with fruit desserts
