Housen Kuranohana' is a Junmai Daiginjo Sake produced by the Sasaki winery, a historic Kyoto brewery made from special 45% husked rice varieties. After bottling, the sake is kept at temperatures close to 0°C in order to accentuate its finesse. The nose is dominated by floral scents with subtle hints of yeast and rice. On the palate, it is harmonious and complex, with a deep bite and pleasant sweet sensations on the finish. Dry and clean, it is ideal with grilled meat dishes such as yakiniku
