Villa Venti's Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore "Primo Segno" is a wine imbued with determination, commitment and perseverance. Characteristics that animate the work of the two partners who own the winery. The goal of making recognizable the mineral background of the soils that have been deemed most suitable for vines and found in this "Primo Segno".
The bush-trained Sangiovese vines are rooted on a hilly soil type, with the presence of red sands and clays, at an altitude of 200 meters. Organic cultivation is the result of the sincerity that has moved the two producing partners to try to make the environment in which their children live better. Work in the winery is as least interventionist as possible to ensure the perfect integrity of the fruit. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel vats, where the grapes are conveyed and the wine then continues its aging period for a few months.
