SANGIOVESE DI ROMAGNA RISERVA ORIOLO 'THEA' TRE MONTI 2021 DESCRIPTION

The Sangiovese Riserva "Thea" by Tre Monti is undoubtedly the flagship wine of the cellar romagnola, the wine most beloved and dedicated to his mother Thea. We are in the heart of the hills of Imola and Forlì, on which the vineyards are cultivated according to the fascinating method of "integrated pest management", which involves the grassing between the rows, combined with the influence of the phases of the moon, a classic of the biodynamic philosophy. In the valley where flows the Rio Sanguinario, the climate is characterized by decided thermal excursions in the night that favor the formation and the development of fragrances and freshness and the terroir is made even more beautiful and sweet and amazing views that the farm Petrignone, where does the Sangiovese Riserva "Thea" borns. The Sangiovese Riserva "Thea" is the heart of the wine of the Tre Monti, the wine reminiscent of today's past, the traditions, the beginning of a story full of charm and passion. Remember mother Thea and borns in the homonymous vineyard, located in the farm Petrignone; was born on a soil with clayey and sandy bottom and after a maceration of 12 days with malolactic fermentation, is left to age in new allier barrels for nine months. And here that its already elegant bouquet of red fruit evolves and develops with notes of pepper and licorice; it is here that grows in intensity and softness, becoming probably the Sangiovese di Romagna more appreciated by fans. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
