The Sangiovese Riserva "Thea" by Tre Monti is undoubtedly the flagship wine of the cellar romagnola, the wine most beloved and dedicated to his mother Thea. We are in the heart of the hills of Imola and Forlì, on which the vineyards are cultivated according to the fascinating method of "integrated pest management", which involves the grassing between the rows, combined with the influence of the phases of the moon, a classic of the biodynamic philosophy.
