Buvoli's Spumante Metodo Classico Extra Brut "Dieci" is a story of wine and time. The Opificio del Pinot Nero winery devotes its heart and soul to this noble grape variety, which is also the protagonist of this bottle. The nose is astonishingly complex: dried exotic fruit, hints of Mediterranean maquis, fine notes of toasted almond and brown caramel... A multi-faceted framework that sets the scene for the very expressive sip. Its structure balances well the wine's momentum, which is fresh and vibrant on the palate. A wine for meditation, to be served in the goblet and waited a few minutes to allow it to express itself fully
