SPUMANTE METODO CLASSICO DOSAGGIO ZERO BLANC DE BLANCS DIVELLA DESCRIPTION

The Blanc de Blancs Metodo Classico di Divella is a sparkling wine of exceptional personality and interpretative finesse. The face behind this label is that of Alessandra Divella, a young self-taught winemaker who, since 2005, has created this tiny winery from just 2 hectares of vineyards. A small jewel of quality wine craftsmanship that has its roots in the eastern borders of the Franciacorta area.

This Classic Dosage Zero Method of Divella winery is a Blanc de Blancs produced only from Chardonnay grapes that come from vineyards at about 400 meters above sea level that rest on limestone and clay soils of ancient formation, rich in fossil material that gives minerality to the sparkling wine. The agricultural practice is respectful of the environment and aims to enhance the aromatic and gustatory content naturally present in the bunch. After manual harvesting and soft pressing, the must ferments spontaneously, using only indigenous yeasts, in cement tanks. Only part of the base wine will be taken and transferred to used wooden barrels, where it will rest on the fine lees. The second fermentation will finally take place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with an aging on the lees for 30 months that will give the final product an olfactory explosion without equal.

Dosage Zero Blanc de Blancs Divella impresses with its expressiveness, character and multifaceted taste. It has a wonderful golden yellow color, striking in the glass for finesse and endless persistence of perlage that is elegantly lively on the palate. The nose is eclectic and multiform, broad and rich, reminiscent of typical bakery and small pastry, the result of long aging on the lees. The entrance in the mouth is crisp, taut and pleasing freshness and minerality, continuously entices the drink, alone or accompanied by fish and cheese dishes
