LE STANZE POLIZIANO 2019 DESCRIPTION

The Le Stanze by Poliziano is a great Tuscan red wine that comes from the perfect blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. A wine born from the intention to remember Angelo Ambrogini, known as "Poliziano"; a great taglio bordolese that helps the company to deal with an international flavor, without forgetting what are the characteristics and peculiarities of the territory of Montepulciano. A taglio bordolese that has great potential for aging and born in one of the cellars with more history and importance of the entire denomination. A winery was started in 1961 with one intention: to keep alive the art of "making wine", embracing the traditions and confronting modernity. Le Stanze by Poliziano comes from vineyards located between 250 and 350 meters above sea level, on a soil rich in clay and silt, with a fair amount of skeleton. After a manual harvest is left to ferment in stainless steel with maceration that lasts and lasts up to 20-25 days. It is then left to age for 16 months in new barrique and it is here that evolves creating unique features: softness and elegance are the perfect companions to this Bordeaux blend that is offered in all of its shades of black cherry, blueberry and violets; a growing of fruity that is closing on calls balsamic. A great taglio bordolese that here, in Montepulciano, takes on characteristics really exciting.
