Taurasi 'Radici' Mastroberardino 2019

The "Radici" Taurasi by Mastroberardino is a full-bodied red wine, very representative of the denomination. The aging in wood for 18 months makes it large, elegant and complex: notes of wild berries are combined with aromas of tobacco, spices and black pepper for a balanced and enveloping result

TAURASI 'RADICI' MASTROBERARDINO 2019 DESCRIPTION

Radici Taurasi is an excellence, that thanks to its quality has focused attention on the wine of southern Italy. Radici is a perfect wine for aging, which softens the tannins and opens the scents which are so intense that they can pull over without delay to the most aromatic truffles. Each sip of Radici by Mastroberardino remember that you are tasting hundred and thirty years of history, condensed into a deep and complex wine that has marked the history of Campania wine. A story starring Piero Mastroberardino, to which his father Antonio has entrusted the leadership of the winery, now one of the most important not only in view of Campania, but for the national wine scene. Thanks to this historic winery that today we still speak of Fiano, Greek, Aglianico and not only, who risked extraordinary variety of disappearing after World War II.
