The Blanco version allows one to fully appreciate the extraordinary quality and richness of aromas and flavours of the best blue agave from the Jalisco region. Blanco is a Don Fulano Tequila that stems from the experience of a family that for five generations has been committed to the enhancement of this historic distillate, now a symbol of the country. The excellent quality is to be found in carefully selected raw materials. At the basis of the processing are the best Maduo and Pinto agave varieties grown on the high plateaus of the Jalisco region, at an altitude of around 2000 metres above sea level, the absolute best in all of Mexico. The agave is processed according to the oldest artisanal customs, with manual cutting of the leaves to obtain the precious heart, which is then cooked in traditional ovens. This is followed by fermentation with natural yeasts and then a double distillation process to guarantee an extraordinary fineness of aromas Tequila is aged in stainless steel tanks for around 6 months and is lowered in degree with pure water from uncontaminated volcanic springs, before being bottled and put on the market.

Tequila Blanco Don Fulano represents the natural face of the famous Mexican distillate, made with great passion and care. To the eye, it is clear, brilliant, absolutely transparent and crystalline. Refined and elegant, it offers a delicate bouquet, reminiscent above all of the vegetal fragrance of agave, notes of aromatic herbs, delicately floral nuances and aromas of white fruit.
