Noelia Ricci's Trebbiano di Romagna 'Bro' is produced in San Cristoforo di Predappio, at an altitude of around 200 metres, in the hinterland of Romagna. Fermentation and ageing take place in steel to preserve the fresh traits of the grapes, with a rest on the lees to give substance to the sip. The nose has intense hints of fruit and yellow flowers, with pleasant citrus hints on the finish. The taste is savoury and smooth, with a lingering finish and slight bitter notes that refresh the palate
