The technique of ripasso is to make the best wines referment on the skins of Valpolicella Amarone. This wine, that until recently was not widely known, has become very popular and requested. Compared with a Valpolicella Classico, it acquires structure, softness, strength, and perfumes, resulting in a beautiful wine, that with its body can challenge the most spicy dishes of Indian cuisine and accompany red meat dishes. "Ripassa" (come again) is a very appropriate name, because this is a wine that you will never stop drinking ... signed and guaranteed by Zenato.
