Cesari's Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 'Bosan' is an intensely structured Veronese red wine. It is made from traditional grapes of the area, cultivated on calcareous soils that provide great finesse. Ripasso on Amarone pomace lasts 15 days, followed by a patient rest in French oak barrels. Fresh scents of red fruits such as cherries emerge from the glass, then floral hints that evolve into coffee and cocoa.
