With its captivating and extrovert personality, Spirito Reale's Vermouth Rosso Riserva reflects the typical qualities of Italy's most iconic aromatised wine. This bottle is produced by observing the rules of the Vermouth di Torino specification, an excellence of the Turin area whose history dates back to the 18th century. The foundations of the specifications are that the base wine used must be 100% Italian, that it must be fortified through the addition of alcohol and that it must be flavoured with various spices and botanicals, among which absinthe stands out. The recipe adopted by Spirito Reale is based on the original recipe from the 1700s, with the addition of a skilful modern touch that underlines the brand's innovative style.
