Marko Fon's Vitovska is a macerated white that tells the story of the Karst region. It macerates briefly on the skins and matures in old, dull wooden barrels. Spontaneous and rocky, it fully expresses aromas of ripe fruit such as peach, then yellow flowers and hints of exotic fruit. On the palate, it is fresh, very savoury and vertical in the mouth, with a decisive personality and an extraordinarily clean finish
