Since 1975, the Center for Experimentation Laimburg, founded on the initiative of the province of Bolzano, contributes with its research, testing, training and advice to make the viticulture of South Tyrol one of the most advanced in Italy. The winery Laimburg has been able to draw heavily from this important technical and cultural knowledge that the province has made available, without forgetting the respect for traditional production dynamics. To support this brilliant reality of South Tyrol there are production techniques aimed at the uncompromising quality and the advice of an experienced agronomists team. The winery now has over 12 wine estates, all spread out over the entire territory of South Tyrol, where experimentation and production is able to weave seamlessly with the characteristics of the terroir of the individual plots. A cutting-edge viticulture, environmentally responsible and efficient, harmonious and beneficial and a great variety of terrain, altitudes and varieties planted, are the basis for the creation of unique bottles, each faithful expression of its terroir of origin.
