Banyuls 'Gaby Vial 7 years' Vial Magneres

Banyuls 'Gaby Vial 7 years' from Vial Magneres is a fine red liqueur, the mature expression of a unique style from south-eastern France. Time is a real theme for this 'Gaby Vial', as the grapes are harvested from vines over 70 years old and the wine matures for over 7 years, in conditions that encourage controlled oxidation, before blending. A red wine with intense and sweet hints of juicy red fruit, to which are added intense evolutionary aromas such as chocolate or dried herbs. Elegant but of great substance, with a sweet and warming sip, it surprises both as a companion to classic desserts and with tasty red meat dishes
