Tenuta Ulisse's Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo 'Ulisse' is an intense and versatile rosé. Cerasuolo is certainly one of the identity wines of Abruzzo and this 'Ulisse' is a typical expression with personality. After a short cold maceration, the Montepulciano grapes ferment in steel only, a technique that develops great freshness and aromaticity. Hints of red fruits and wild flowers open the scene to a crisp, persistent and full-bodied sip. Excellent with intense fish or light meat dishes, also to be tried with pizza!
