The Chianti Classico by Podere Val delle Corti is the perfect synthesis and expression of its terroir. With the untimely death of Giorgio Bianchi, the son Robert continued the family tradition; wine as an expression of their existence. Giorgio had left Milan in 1971 to fulfill his desire, to produce the Chianti Classico. In Radda in Chianti, this wish came true and today Podere Val delle Corti is one of the landmarks of the Chianti Classico area; Robert, after becoming aware of all that the father had given him, he decided to follow the traditions of the family making the most of the expression, the character and the personality of this territory. A mission carried out in full respect of the environment by applying both in the vineyard and in the cellar organic practices can enhance the wines produced. The Chianti Classico by Podere Val delle Corti is the synthesis of all this fine, elegant, soft, delicate and thoroughly enjoyable. The notes of violet and cherry blend and balance perfectly with the veiled hints of wood and a small hint of tobacco on the finish. In the mouth it is delicate minerality and well balanced, while the plot is sinuous. A traditional Chianti Classico that is the naturalness and expressiveness that gives us; a Chianti Classico that you love.
