'Hey French' Pasqua

Pasqua's 'Hey French' comes with a subtitle meaning 'You could have done it, but you didn't!'. It is an innovative product, created to defy time and allow for long ageing. The blend is composed of 5 different vintages, all matured in barriques and then stored in steel until bottling. The nose is complex, with hints of chamomile, almonds and citrus fruits, enriched by notes of white pepper and tropical fruits. The palate expresses an imposing structure, where volcanic minerality and freshness meet harmoniously
